We partner with TPOP, a print-on-demand service that shares our values of sustainability and quality, to fulfill and ship your orders. Below, you will find important information regarding our shipping process.

Order Processing

  • Production Time: Once your order is placed, TPOP will begin production within 2 to 4 days. Each product is made to order, ensuring the highest level of quality and craftsmanship.
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: Your order will arrive in eco-friendly packaging—TPOP uses no plastic, reflecting our commitment to sustainability. Your package will not only protect your items but also reduce environmental impact.

Shipping Times

  • France: Shipping within France takes approximately 2-3 working days after the production of your order is completed.
  • European Union: For orders within the European Union, shipping typically takes between 3 to 10 working days.
  • Rest of the World: For international orders outside of the European Union, shipping times range from 5 to 14 working days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and size of your order. You will see the total shipping cost before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Customs and Import Taxes

For orders outside of the European Union, please be aware that customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the destination country.
